About Pharos Enterprises LLC

Pharos Enterprises was started by Sophia & Paul Zafiriou in 2010 with the goal of providing quality general contracting services throughout New Jersey. Our clients include schools, colleges, libraries, fire departments, municipal buildings, housing authorities, and other state, local, and federal government agencies. Our motto is to always do the right thing for our customers and never sacrifice quality or safety for profit. Our reputation speaks for itself.

Each project is managed by a dedicated project supervisor and overseen by a project manager. Owner Paul Zafiriou is also always involved in each project. Our staff is experienced, seasoned, professional, and respectful.

Pharos Enterprises has never been assessed liquidated damages. We have also never received any OSHA violations or fines from any agency. Our job sites are always clean and tidy.
